   阿克苏诺贝尔化学品（博兴）有限公司，于2012年加入阿克苏诺贝尔。公司注册资本人民币16100万元人民币，现有员工280名，主要产品包括脂肪酸、脂肪胺match、季铵盐及其衍生品等多种产品，用于橡胶、织物柔顺剂、沥青添加剂和护发产品等多个工业和消费品领域，年生产能力6万吨，产值7亿元人民币，利税4000万元人民币（其中税收1500万元人民币）。

二、工作职责：

1. Prepare equipment running data to analyze equipment reliability figures.

2. Come out withmatch recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall unit

reliability.

3. Reliability reports to be issued monthly to management (both in English and Chinese).

4. Regularly tour on construction site with report/findings and improvement

recommendation.

5. Summarize findings of site inspections towards reliability improvements, reduction of

waste and loss of performance.

6. Regularly organize meetings with teams to gather information and opinions, give

direction and coach team members.

7. Collect related information, improve / set up platform rules.

8. To implement vibration test for key rotary equipment according to the plan, to submit

test report on time and follow up the test result as information for equipment

management and production process.

9. Check the integrality of information, the veracity of data, and insure the reliability of

equipment information.

10. Participate in maintenance preparation for new projects.

11.Ensure ESH conformity in all the related work activities.

四、薪资及福利

match薪资：年薪8万左右, 以后每年都有加薪
